General Information

Learning a language over the phone provides the learner with many important skills that strengthen their roles in the company. Today it is impossible to imagine business life without the telephone. It is therefore all the more important to be able to handle telephone calls with foreign-language customers and colleagues in a friendly and competent manner.

Our language training for the telephone offer the following advantages:

Goals of Course

Goals and content are determined before the training begins. The training can include general language skills as well as training in specific subject areas, depending on your needs and requirements. Simply make an appointment with us via the telephone or contact us using our contact form.

 Technical Requirements

We will offer the free use of video-conferencing technology, called Charrly. The camera will be turned off to mimic a telephone call. You will need:

- A chromium web browser (Chrome or Edge)
- Microphone and speakers or a Headset.
- Internet Connection

Methodolgy

Since the phone call should reflect as authentic a situation as possible for the user, it is only held in the target language. Our language teachers are specially trained in telephone training and methodically accompany the participant through exercises and situations. By developing an active set of tools, the participant not only learns to present themselves confidently and stress-free on the telephone, but also reduces any speech inhibitions through the ever-increasing confidence in their own abilities.

Decide the times and days yourself.

Training Duration:
1 Training unit = 30 minutes.
Minimum of 10 units bookable.

One session normally includes 2 training units.
First training session can be booked individually. Subsequent booking in packages of 40 training units.

Cost:
Cost / training session: €1.19 per minute.
