Although /  Even though / In spite of / Despite

Although:

-  After "although" we use a subject + verb

- Example: Although I did not have much time I managed to finish my paper before the deadline.

Even though:

- stronger form of "although"

- Example: Even though she is very tired, she couldn't sleep.

Inspite of / despite

- After inspite of or despite there is a noun, a pronoun or -ing

- "Despite" is the same as "inspite of"

- Example: Inspite of the bad weather we enjoyed our vacation. He wasn't feeling well but despite this he went to school.
